Mountain Lake Hideaway
Mountain Lake Hideaway has a lot to offer for a couple's vacation or small family retreat. Situated between Blue Ridge and Ellijay, this 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin is cozy with a lot to do outside. There's a great rocking chair porch from which to take in the beautiful scenery. Enjoy smores at the firepit, relax in the hot tub or walk down the steps to the dock on the 3 acre lake. You are welcome to bring your canoe, kayak, paddleboard or fishing pole for water activity (no motorized watercrafts allowed). You can also swim (at your own risk). This quiet oasis will be complete once you are here!

We have truly enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin for our 15th anniversary. We went to Blue Ridge Dam and shopped and shopped. Went to Mercier's Orchards, took the Blue Ridge Railway for the 4 hour trip, ate at Southern Charm (great food) and Toccoa Riverside Restaurant (great food) and Trackside BBQ (great food). It was cool but great weather. We thank you for great hospitality. God Bless You!

My dream has always been to have a cabin in the woods but since that didn't happen for me, because of your kindness, I can once a year live my dream. My fianc and I absolutely loved this cozy little mountain cabin! It was in the PERFECT location and we got to hike a number of trails nearby. After our trail hiking, we came home to relax in the hot tub overlooking the lake. It couldnt have been more perfect. The cabin was super clean and had everything accessible. The check in process was quick and effortless. And we had our instructions in advance so we could prepare prior to our arrival. The roadway was paved and was easy to navigate. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this perfect little cabin to anyone who would love their ideal mountain getaway!

Great location in the mountains just 10-15 minutes from Blue Ridge. The road up is tight if another car is coming the opposite direction but manageable if you drive carefully. Loved the little lake. Pretty clean and deep right off the dock so no standing in mud. Water is a refreshing temp, even in late July. The cabin is small but perfect for 2-4 people. My two dogs and a friend had a great time!
