From the moment you book, we keep you informed. Your Booking Confirmation arrives instantly with rates, cabin details, and guest count. Sign and return the Rental Agreement to lock in your reservation. Thirty-one days before arrival, you'll receive a payment reminder via text at +1 (706) 917-1434. Two days out, we'll ask for a photo of your driver's license and vehicle license plate. One day before check-in, a Personal Guide link arrives with your entry code, address, and everything you need to settle in.

We hold your credit card as a guarantee for rent and any damages beyond normal wear and tear. You must be 21 or older to book. If multiple people are paying via separate cards, each cardholder needs to provide written permission and a photo ID. Prepaid cards require a $250 refundable deposit. All cancellations must be made in writing to info@1mymountain.com. Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund of all monies paid, less a $100 cancellation fee. Payment processing fees charged by the payment processor and the 3% booking fee are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
