Conveniently located just 5 miles east of downtown Blue Ridge, GA, you’ll be close to shopping, dining, hiking, and outdoor adventure. Spend the day only 2 miles away at Lake Blue Ridge Beach where you’ll find swimming, kayak & paddle board rentals, concessions, and a public boat ramp. Lake Nottley is also just 10 miles away for even more lake fun and fishing opportunities.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious and comfortable setup featuring AC/heat, an electric fireplace, Bluetooth sound system, full-size refrigerator, gas stove & oven, microwave, TWO full bathrooms, and sleeping space for 2 adults plus up to 4 children in the bunk area. (Please note bunk beds are best suited for children due to their 65” length.)

RESORT PET POLICY:
Pets must be listed on the reservation and be current on vaccinations.
• Pets must be leashed or contained at all times.
• Pets may not be left unattended outside at any time.
• Owners must accompany pets at all times.
• Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of immediately.
• No pets are permitted in the pool area, on the pool deck, or in the pond.
• Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
Prohibited breeds include:
• American Pit Bull Terriers
• Rottweilers
• Doberman Pinschers
• Wolf hybrids
• Any mixed breed containing any of the above
Failure to clean up after pets will result in a $25 fine per occurrence. Continued violations may result in eviction without refund.
