We had a great time! We highly recommend the cuban's at Rum Cake Lady, Whiskey and Water restaurant, Hucks General Store (the best old time candy & more) & Black Sheep (make reservations). We've seen so many deer at your cabin - We've enjoyed our time so much!

We had the best trip!

The cabin was clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from the hot tub and pizza oven to the grill, washer/dryer, and more. Each floor having its own bedroom, bathroom, and living space made it perfect for our family to spread out and relax. Buffy was an incredible host—responsive, kind, and quick to help when we had a small issue upon arrival. She was on-site and ready to assist within minutes, which gave us so much peace of mind. We’re especially grateful that she allowed us to bring our dogs with us. They’re part of our family, and being able to have them there made the trip even more special. The cabin is located in a gated community, which added an extra layer of peace and quiet that helped us fully unwind. We didn’t leave the cabin the entire weekend—it was the perfect mountain escape. We’d absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful, dog-friendly getaway!

The chic retreat, Buffy’s place was an excellent experience. The place looks and feels homey with a chic atmosphere. Picturesque is an understatement. It’s absolutely beautiful!
It was very easy to find and easy to check in. Very well equipped kitchen, bedrooms and restrooms. The patio is gorgeous and perfect for outdoor breakfast or other meals.
Buffy is quick to respond to any questions and requests but she has all the instructions clearly written in her welcome package for her guests to enjoy a relaxed stay.
Highly recommended and will most definitely be visiting again soon.
