Cancellations and Refunds

Reservations cancelled 31 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a refund of all monies paid, less a $100 cancellation fee, the non-refundable 3% booking fee, and any credit card processing fees.

Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable. However, guests may reschedule their reservation one time in lieu of cancellation, provided the new reservation dates are selected and confirmed at the time of cancellation. The $100 cancellation fee, 3% booking fee, and any credit card processing fees will still apply to all rescheduled reservations. The rescheduled stay must occur within one (1) year of the original arrival date and is subject to availability and current rates. Any difference in rental rates, fees, taxes, or other charges will be the responsibility of the guest.

All cancellation and reschedule requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@1mymountain.com. The effective date of cancellation or reschedule shall be the date the email is received.
